- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 3 bay leaves
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves (careful not to use too much)
- 6 floz red wine
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 14.5 floz can of stewed tomatoes
- 1 14.5 floz can of diced tomatoes
- 1 6 floz can of tomato paste
- 32 floz beef stock
- 1 lb stew beef
- 8 oz onion, diced
- 8 oz celery, diced
- 8 oz potato, diced
- 8 oz carrot, diced
Throw everything into a crock pot, set on high for 4h, then switch to low. Cook until veggies are no longer crunchy. Enjoy.
