Richard's Tomato Beef Stew v1.0

Richard's Tomato Beef Stew

Ingredients

Flavor & Spice

  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves (careful not to use too much)
  • 6 floz red wine
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 14.5 floz can of stewed tomatoes
  • 1 14.5 floz can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 6 floz can of tomato paste

Basics

  • 32 floz beef stock
  • 1 lb stew beef
  • 8 oz onion, diced
  • 8 oz celery, diced
  • 8 oz potato, diced
  • 8 oz carrot, diced

Directions

Throw everything into a crock pot, set on high for 4h, then switch to low. Cook until veggies are no longer crunchy. Enjoy.
