## Summary

This HIP outlines the onboarding fee structure for two new device types: "Indoor WiFi APs" and "Outdoor WiFi APs". The proposed onboarding fees are designed to be approximately 10% of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of the devices (please see below for specifics). The fees consist of a combination of HNT derived data credits and MOBILE tokens. It is expected that future devices of different classes will follow a similar pricing structure based on their respective MSRP.

## Proposal Details:
If passed, the implementation of this HIP will set onboard fees for WiFi APs at $20 for indoor APs and $30 for outdoor APs.  These fees will be paid by burning $10 worth of DC with the remaining balance being paid via MOBILE token burn.

## Approval Requirements:

This HIP is considered approved if 67% of the voting power is reached.

This HIP must reach the quorum of 100,000,000 veIOT to be considered valid.
