轉換爲：

北京清華大學(1)「黨委理論學習中心組」(2)在廈門市(3)開展支那地區憲制性規定(4)專題學習

  1. 增加地名前綴以示區分
  2. 避不了的加引號，口述時加所謂
  3. 直接省略
  4. 使用近義詞及描述解釋性語句替換
