Steak Fries

Ingredients

  • 4 small - medium russet potatoes (washed)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut the potatoes into steak fries by cutting in half and then into 4 fries (quarter and then half again).

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine fries with seasoning and oil and toss to coat evenly.

  3. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper. Place the fries on the parchment paper and distribute evenly.

  4. Bake French fries until light brown and crispy, ~45 minutes, flipping ¾ of the way through.
