- 2 pheasants/chukar/chicken (not whole; just wings,legs, and breasts)
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp. dijon mustard
- 1 package wild rice

In a mixing bowl, combine honey, OJ, teriyaki, and mustard; whisking until mixed. Optionally, let meat marinade for several hours before cooking.

Preheat oven to 375 ºF. Transfer meat and sauce to an oven-safe pan/skillet. Cook for ~45 minutes or until done.

Cook wild rice according to instructions on package.

Once meat is done, set meat aside, tent, and reduce sauce on stove top.

Create bed of wild rice, place a couple pieces of meat on it, and pour reduced sauce on top.
