132g butter | |
208g sugar | |
1.5 eggs | |
1 egg yolk | |
170g milk | |
170g yogurt | |
1 cup oats | |
3/4 cup flour | |
3 tsp baking powder | |
1/4 tsp salt | |

ORIGINAL RECIPE | |
2.33 lb butter | |
3.68 lb white sugar | |
1/2 tsp salt | |
12 eggs | |
8 egg yolks | |
3 lb whole milk | |
3 lb yogurt | |
8 cups oats | |
6 cups flour | |
1/2 cup baking powder | |
• In a pot, heat the butter (high heat) until the butter if completely melted and steam comes out | |
• While butter is heating up, prepare sugar and salt in a bowl | |
• Pour heated butter into the bowl. Mix well. Let the bowl cool off. | |
• Add eggs and egg yolks and mix well | |
• Transfer mixture into "the square container" (due to the size of the bowl) | |
• Add whole milk and yogurt. Mix. (Don't worry about yogurt chunks at this point, it will be gone while mixing with dry ingredients.) | |
• Add oats, flour, and baking powder. Mix well. | |
* Use wrap for skin, close the lid. Date. Store in fridge. |
