Swati: As I pull up your account I can see that you have Acrobat Pro DC subscription (one-year),correct?
Asher Williams: Damn it, yes. I told you that already. Please cancel that.
Swati: Asher as I can see that your subscription is under annual contract so I would suggest you to continue using it where in I can offer you 1 month free to complete the contract.
Asher Williams: CANCEL THE DAMN SUBSCRIPTION.
Swati: I can understand that Asher in that case I would like to offer the same by extending to 2 months free shich means we will not charge you for the next 2 months.
Asher Williams: CANCEL THE DAMN SUBSCRIPTION.
Swati: Asher I can understand that but if you cancel the subscription now there will be a cancellation fee.
Asher Williams: NO THERE WILL BE NOT. CANCEL THE DAMN SUBSCRIPTION.
Swati: That is why I am offering you the free months however if you would like to continue then I can offer you the same by extending 3 months this this the best that I can do for you.
Asher Williams: CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION. DO I NEED TO CONTACT MY LAWYERS?
Swati: I really apologize for this.
