Are Nouns currently not liquid enough to qualify?

@j-s We are trying to keep a coherent theme for paprMEME. Nouns might make more sense in like a paprBlueChip. Nouns bid depth is probably sufficient, but I am not sure how much defi demand there is from Nouns.

Being able to borrow against Nouns in USDC would probably have a decent amount of demand. Generally speaking it's hard to get Nouns exposure so maybe this could be an interesting avenue.
