Status: Working on iOS Simulator 17.2 (blue screen + label OK). Simulator 17.5 remains problematic (see "iOS 17.5 simulator status").
Scope: Steps and patches to get a pure‑Kivy app running on iOS 17.x Simulator. Confirmed on 17.2; 17.5 remains affected. Includes SDL2 RGBA8 fix and Python recipe notes; excludes App Store Connect/TestFlight specifics.
