Yi-Ting Cheng (a.k.a xdite) is a rails developer, chief programmer in PCHome Publication Group. Also, She is one of the most famous technology bloggers in Taiwan. She specializes in Rails web application developent. She's well-known story in 2009 is building a emerengcy reporting / resource exchanging system (using Rails and Heroku ) for Morakot typhoon in 1 hour. The system is the only one website that can handle large traffic during the typhoon from beginning till the end, and it is also the earliest online system. The system saves lots of people in Taiwan.
