Thanks to @wni5378 I adapt its post to debian buster 10 and it worked :
apt-get install -y wget xfonts-75dpi
(note : I didn't need more packages, but I had already a lot of packages installed)
wget https://github.com/wkhtmltopdf/wkhtmltopdf/releases/download/0.12.5/wkhtmltox_0.12.5-1.buster_amd64.deb
dpkg -i wkhtmltox_0.12.5-1.buster_amd64.deb
cp /usr/local/bin/wkhtmltopdf /usr/bin/
cp /usr/local/bin/wkhtmltoimage /usr/bin/
