Web3Auth Whiteboarding Series

Thank you for showing interest in speaking as a guest in the Web3Auth Whiteboarding Series on Web3Auth's YouTube Channel. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me at yash@web3auth.io. I'll be happy to answer any of your questions!

What is the goal of this show?

During our multiple internal brainstorms and product deep dives we have seen that a whiteboarding explaination has been the best in terms of long term understanding of a product. Even in developer interview, making a flowchart is generally the best way to explain a product and its interactions. Taking that approach we thought about doing a whiteboarding series, wherein our host will be talking through your company's product/ feature and try to decode the architecture with you live on stream.

Who is the audience of the show?

The primary audience of this show consists of developers across the world, mostly focused on the web3 stack. From beginners to experienced, this series tries to encompass them all, although we're not looking to explain everything from a beginner perspective. Since this is a very new series for us, we're still experimenting on the target audience and will go as the community embraces this series.

What should I expect?

We wish for our guests to keep the session interactive and as impromptu as possible. A deep understanding of the product and architecture is something we're looking for. Our goal is to share your journey with the exciting works you have done and are doing for the community. Here are a few pointers on what you can generally expect the show's flow to look like:

  • Introduction: We will be setting up the context of the show and the technology we're going to be discussing about.
  • Speaker Introduction: A small introduction from our side letting folks know about an overview of your journey.
  • Product Working and Features: We will be discussing in deep about the product and it's features and where the applications can be
  • Themed Questions: Based on our conversation while reaching out to you, we will be selecting one feature/ product stack speciality which we will be whiteboarding throughout the episode.

What should I plan for?

Glad you asked this question! You don't need to prepare anything major. We just want you to know about your product inside out, from a developer perspective. We want this show to be as spontaneous as possible as well, showing people the real side of what goes into developing a product of this scale. Think about how you'd have a conversation with a developers trying to understand your product inside out and what are the things you'd like them to know.

When does this show air?

We'll be recording the video as of now and streaming every second Thursday at 8:00 PM IST / 10:30 AM EST / 2:30 PM GMT. For the recording session, we request you to give us 2 hours of your time on any day preferrable or you. We will try to accommodate accordingly.
