Among computer programmers, a “gotcha” has become a term for a feature of a programming language that is likely to play tricks on you to display behavior that is different than what you expect.
Just as a fly or a mosquito can “bite” you, we say that a gotcha can “bite” you. So, let's proceed to examine some of Python's gotchas !

Machines on the Internet are identified by addresses. The current addressing scheme, called IPv4, was specified around 1980, and allowed for about 4 billion addresses. That seemed enough at the time, which was before local area networks, personal computers and the like, but the Internet research community recognized around 1990 that this supply of addresses was inadequate, and put in place a plan to replace the IPv4 addresses with a new address format, called IPv6. IPv6 uses a 128-bit address scheme and is capable of 340 undecillion addresses (340 times 10^36, or 340 trillion trillion trillion possible IP addresses). If you haven’t worked with JavaScript in the last few years, these three points should give you enough knowledge to feel comfortable reading the React documentation:
let and const statements. For the purposes of the React documentation, you can consider them equivalent to var.class keyword to define JavaScript classes. There are two things worth remembering about them. Firstly, unlike with objects, you don't need to put commas between class method definitions. Secondly, unlike many other languages with classes, in JavaScript the value of this in a method [depends on how it is called](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Jav
