  • Are the project clear (Purpose & Outcome)?

  • Ensure all items are "Next Actions."

  • Review Tickler items and convert them to projects or next actions as needed
  • Weekly Wins & document in DayOne
  • Review Daily Notes for the week
  • Look for Items to Distill
  • Look at several Thoughts modified for the week (Use TheBrain Reporting)

Calendar

  • Review prior one week
  • Evaluate meetings for missing followups
  • Ensure customer meetings are in Salesforce
  • Review the next two calendar weeks
  • Ensure lunches are scheduled
  • Ensure the next Weekly Review is scheduled

Reflect

What is causing the most friction?

Is it already a project? Should it be?

Missing Projects?

  • Did I work on something this week that should be a project?
  • What stands between where we are and where we want to get?

Garden & Purge

  • Wander TheBrain for 10 minutes thinking about Progressive Summarization
    • What is the next item to purge?
    • Is "clutter" showing up in a new place?
    • Is this in a format I can express quickly
