通堂もやしの作り方

材料

  • もやし 1袋
  • 味の素・ほんだし 1袋
  • ごま油 適量
  • ラー油 適量
  • 一味唐辛子 適量
  • にんにく 適量
  • 醤油 少々
  • 塩 少々

作り方

  • 1 もやしをさっとひとゆで
  • 2 もやしの水をきり、ボウルへ移す
  • 3 他の材料をボウルにいれ、均等に混ぜる
  • 4 味見をして完成
  • 5 冷蔵庫で1日置くと味がなじむので、すぐ食べるよりも寝かすのがおすすめ
