Chocolate chip cookies with chili | |
Ingredients: | |
• 30 grams of dark chocolate | |
• 10 grams of butter | |
• 16 grams of flour | |
• 15 grams of sugar | |
• 1 vanilla sugar | |
• 2 eggs | |
• 15 grams of raisins soaked in rum | |
• 3 tablespoons of rum | |
• ¼ teaspoon cinnamon | |
• ¼ teaspoon salt | |
• ¼ teaspoon baking powder | |
• 1 teaspoon chili powder | |
Melt 17 grams of chocolate with the butter in a saucepan and let it cool. | |
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and chili flakes. | |
Whisk eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. | |
Still whisking, add the melted chocolate. | |
Combine the resulting mass gently with the flour, add the raisins with rum and remaining chopped chocolate. | |
Apply a teaspoon portions of the mass on the sheet lined with parchment paper, keeping a fairly large spaces. | |
Bake 7 minutes at approximately 175° C with hot air. |
