<li>Expertise in responsive and mobile web development techniques, best practices and platform quirks</li>
<li>Fastidious attention to detail, a strong commitment to cross-browser compatible and performant code</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills. The ability to communicate complex technical concepts and rationale behind decision making clearly to clients and internal teams is key, as is maintaining a highly professional manner</li>
<li>Battle-tested Git experience. Commit & push often with meaningful and detailed messages, manage pull requests and merges from multiple agency partners.</li>
<li>Experience working collaboratively with external agencies and partners</li>
<li>Strong visual and interactive design skills – a clear grasp of typography, layout, color, motion, and behavior</li>
<li>The ability to assess and mitigate risk during the project lifecycle, flagging issues to the team when appropriate<li>
<li>The ability to work independently, managing your time to make the most of it</li>
<li>The ability to delegate work to your team effectively to maximize productivity</li>
