If any of the clauses becomes void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses remain in full force and effect.\n\n4.\tBetting rules\n\n4.1\tIn specific situations special betting rules apply to certain types of sport and betting markets. These special betting rules have preference over the general betting rules. \n\n4.2\tYou can place single, combination (accumulated) or system bets. Certain bets cannot be combined into combination or system bets.\n\n4.3\tThe result after normal game time (plus possible injury time added by the official referee, e.g. in football) applies for all sports. Final results after extra time or penalty shoot-outs do not affect the evaluation of winnings. Exceptions to this are made known either at betting markets or in special rulings for the sports.\n\n4.4\tFor betting purposes only the result at the end of the event and confirmed by official referee on pitch counts as official score for bet evaluation. All later official changes of the result (player\/team disqualification, result overruling, etc.) cannot affect the bet evaluation.\n\n4.5\tIf a betting event, for any reason whatsoever, does not take place as scheduled and is not finished within 48 hours, bets will be refunded.\n\n4.6\tIf a betting event, for any reason whatsoever, ends without an official score and is not finished within 48 hours, all bets that depend on end result will be refunded. The bets depending on time periods that have been finished in full before the event suspension (e.g. 1st halftime, 1st set, etc.) will be processed normally in accordance with the results pertinent to the bets in question.\n\n4.7\tIf during an event a participant withdraws or is disqualified, all bets in which the outcome is still open are called off with odds 1.00. All bets on markets that have already been decided before the event suspension (e.g. Over\/Under, Team to score, etc.) will be processed normally in accordance with the results pertinent to the bets in question.\n\n4.8\tIf the event has started before the betting programme scheduled time and is not offered in live betting, then all bets placed after the actual start of the event will be refunded.\n\n4.9\tA bet that is a part of a multiple (combination or system) bet and is placed on an event that does not start, is cancelled, suspended, or does not take place for other reasons and is not played by the end of calendar day two days later, will be called off with odds 1.00. \n\n4.10\tAll bets on events that have been wrongly listed in the betting programme (e.g. odds list, wrong venue) will be called off with odds 1.00. This is not the case if any team decides to relinquish their home advantage, if the home team's venue is out of action, or if the betting event is transferred to a neutral ground. \n\n4.11\tIf all events in a multiple (combination or system) bet are cancelled, suspended, do not start or take place for other reasons and are not transferred as described above, the combination bet is refunded.\n\n4.12\tIf none of the starters on which bets have been placed in a multiple bet take part in the betting events or if all the events on which bets have been placed in a multiple bet are called off, suspended or cancelled or if they do not take place for whatever reason, and the event is not transferred as described above, the stakes will be refunded.\n\n4.13\tBets that are called off or refunded are excluded from all promotions. \n\n4.14\tAnte-post bets\n\n4.14.1\tIn general ante-post bets are offered for the turnout of a major event (tournament). For example, the bet could be offered in the form of a question:\n\na)\tWhich football team will win the World Cup?\n\nb)\tWho will win the Wimbledon tennis tournament?\n\nc)\tWhich team will be relegated in the German Bundesliga?\n\n4.14.2\tAnte-post bets are offered regardless of whether or not all participants are listed or take part. All stakes for ante-post bets are lost if the participant or team, on which the bet was placed, fails to take part or gives up.\n\n4.14.3\tThe actual result is based on the last event (e.g. final match or last day of play) at midnight (local event time). Changes to the result made after this point \u2013 regardless of the reason \u2013 have no effect on the evaluation of the betting event.\n\n4.14.4\tIf two or more participants share a particular final position, the rates\/odds are divided by the number of participants sharing the position.\n\n4.15\tLive bets\n\n4.15.1\tLive bets are bets that are explicitly open to betting after the event has begun. The odds are continuously updated based on the event action in real time. Bets marked with \"HT\" are only offered during the half-time break.\n\n4.15.2\tOnce a live bet was accepted it can no longer be cancelled.\n\n4.15.3\tBets offered in live betting on an event without an official evaluation are declared invalid. Exceptions are bets which were decided before the point at which the match was stopped. These are evaluated according to the respective outcome, irrespective of the course of the remainder of the match.\n\n4.15.4\tIf data transmission is delayed and\/or TV reporting is time-delayed during live bets, resulting in a major change in the run of play not being taken into account in the odds, Big Bet World reserves the right to evaluate any bets placed as invalid.\n\n4.15.5\tFor every live bet, the current result\/latest score is always quoted. The following lists the most popular and most frequently offered sports. Big Bet World also offers odds for other types of sport (e.g. boxing) depending on the type and schedule of events. The general betting terms and conditions apply to sports not listed.\n\n5.1\tFootball \/ Soccer\nBets offered on all soccer matches are based on the score at the end of normal playing time. The term \"normal playing time\" refers to match time plus the time added by the referee for stoppages, but not possible extra time or penalty shoot-outs. If the match is played on neutral ground the team listed on the left is the home team and the team listed on the right is the away team. Markets based on bookings and booking points are based on the following calculations:\n\n\u2022\tYellow card = 1 booking = 10 points\n\u2022\tRed card = 2 bookings = 25 points\n\u2022\tYellow + yellow cards leading to a red card = 3 bookings = 35 points\n\u2022\tYellow + direct red card = 3 bookings = 35 points\n\n5.2\tIce Hockey\nUnless expressly stated to the contrary, bets offered on all ice hockey matches are based on the score at the end of normal playing time. The term \"normal playing time\" refers to a 60-minute match (3x20min), not a possible extra time or penalties etc. Extra time (or over time, OT) always includes penalties. If the result is a draw even after extra time, the team winning the penalties will have one goal added to their overtime score to determine the final result. \n\n5.3\tAmerican Sports (NFL, NBA, WNBA, MLB)\nUnless expressly stated to the contrary, bets offered on American Sports are based on the score at the end of normal playing time. In baseball, all bets are based on the official match result, including all additional innings. In American football, markets based on the official time periods of the match and match result are based on the result at the end of normal time for each relevant period, (60 minutes play, 2 halves of 30 minutes, 4 quarters of 15 minutes). All other bets are based on the official match result, including overtime. If a match is a tie after overtime then all 2-way bets will be void. If a betting event, for any reason whatsoever, does not take place as scheduled or is interrupted and is not finished within 48 hours, or ends without an official score, bets will be refunded. \n\n5.4\tTennis\nIf a match is interrupted or postponed, the bet remains valid for the tournament until the match has actually been played. If the match is not part of a tournament, the match will be evaluated as invalid unless it has been replayed or continued within 24 hours. For the purposes of all total games and handicap markets a tie-break or match tie-break is counted as one game.\n\n5.5\tGroup racing (formula, cars, motorbikes, cycling, etc.)\nIf in 2-way (head to head) bets only one participant finishes the race, he will be considered the winner, under condition that both participants subject to the bet in question have started the race. If none of the starting participants finish the race, all bets will be refunded.\n\n5.6\tWinter Sports (Alpine Skiing, Ski Jumping, Biathlon, Cross-Country) \u2013 head to head (H2H) \nThe bet is active only if both participants subject to the bet start the race (e.g. leave starting stand, make the jump, start course, etc.). The H2H winner is determined by comparing the results of both participants listed at the end of the competition. If one participant subject to the bet is forced to withdraw for any reason, the other participant subject to the bet will be considered the winner. If neither participant subject to the bet completes the event, all bets will be refunded. If both participants subject to the bet have the same score or result, all bets will be refunded. \n\n6.\tAccount\n\n6.1\tRegistration\n\n6.1.1\tTo access Our Services You must first register an Account. You can do so by clicking on the JOIN button on the Website and submitting the registration form. \n\n6.1.2\tYou are allowed to register and create only one Account. More than one Account per person, computer, mobile device, tablet device, IP address, and\/or household address is considered \"account duplication\" and is as such strictly prohibited. Big Bet World reserves the right to block and\/or terminate all Accounts and cancel all transactions under suspicion of account duplication. \n\n6.1.3\tYou are required to use Your true identity and correct personal information in the registration process. You are also required to keep Your details up-to-date. All relevant changes to Your personal details (e.g. changes of address, name, gender, etc.) must be updated in Your profile or reported to Big Bet World. \n\n6.1.4\tAccess Your Account with Your unique Login Details. When creating a username You are not allowed to use other people's names or any third party intellectual property (e.g. registered trademarks or other copyrighted material). Passwords are encrypted and are at no point accessible to Big Bet World. If You forget Your password, You must create a new one.\n\n6.1.5\tYou must keep Your Login Details secret, protected, and confidential, as You are responsible for all financial transactions and betting activities on Your Account. Big Bet World regards all activities on Your Account as made by You the Account Holder. In case of third parties becoming aware of Your login details, You must change them immediately. \n\n6.1.6\tYou must confirm Your registration by following the unique link provided in the one-time registration verification email. All positive Account Balance is available for placing bets. All winnings are credited to Account Balance and can be immediately used for further betting. Big Bet World however reserves the right to refuse bets and\/or game participation, and\/or to limit stakes without explanation.\n\n6.1.9\tTransfer of money between Big Bet World Accounts is not allowed.\n\n6.1.10\tLegal persons cannot be Big Bet World Account Holders. \n\n6.1.11\tProfessional sports players cannot be Big Bet World Account holders.\n\n6.1.12\tBig Bet World employees and their immediate family members cannot be Account Holders.\n\n6.1.13\tPlayers from jurisdictions where gambling is illegal cannot be Account Holders. Players from jurisdictions which forbid Us to accept their players cannot be Account Holders. \n\n6.1.14\tBig Bet World reserves the right to block\/terminate existing accounts without explanation. Full balances of such Accounts will be paid out unless We suspect fraudulent activity. In this case we reserve the right to report to the appropriate authorities any Account Holder suspected to be involved in any form of fraudulent behaviour.\n\n6.2\tDeposits\n\n6.2.1\tOnly deposits through Website cashier system are accepted. \n\n6.2.2\tAll Account transactions are made in the currency the Player selected during the registration process. Deposits received in currencies different to Account currency will be converted by Our payment processor at their exchange rate to the Account currency. \n\n6.2.3\tPlayers may deposit money to their Account Balances only in order to use the Services. \n\n6.2.4\tDeposited money must be played through at least once (x1), in other words deposited money cannot be withdrawn without any gaming activity, as this is regarded as money laundering. Making such a withdrawal request will result in blocking of Account and funds until further notice and incurring a processing fee of up to 10%. It will also be reported to appropriate authorities. Big Bet World reserves an unlimited right to apply certain payment method restrictions for selected countries and\/or Players. \n\n6.2.5\tBig Bet World is not a financial institution and does not grant interest on deposits. \n\n6.2.6\tMinimum deposit amount allowed is 10 EUR.\n\n6.2.7\tDeposits can only be made with a payment method registered to Account holder's name.\n\n6.3\tBets\n\n6.3.1\tIt is Your responsibility to read these Terms & Conditions as well as familiarize Yourself with sports betting rules and provisions regarding minimum\/maximum stakes, deposits, wins and withdrawals, before placing any bets.\n\n6.3.2\tWe only accept bets made online (including via mobile\/tablet device or downloadable applications on a mobile\/tablet device). Bets in any other form (post, email, fax, etc.) will not be accepted and if received will be invalid and void.\n\n6.3.3\tA bet is placed when the Player clicks the Place bet button on the bet slip. Bets can only be placed when there are sufficient funds on the Account Balance.\n\n6.3.4\tA bet is valid and accepted when it appears in Bet history. Only the amount registered and accepted by Big Bet World is regarded as the bet.\n\n6.4\tWithdrawals\n\n6.4.1\tYou can request a withdrawal of Your winnings from Your Account at any time. Withdrawable balance can differ from Account Balance due to certain bonus specific restrictions.\n\n6.4.2\tWithdrawals can only be paid out to a payment method registered in Account holder's name.\n\n6.4.3\tWithdrawals can only be paid out to a payment method that has already been used for deposits. If Your deposit method is not refundable, use Wire (Bank) Transfer. Big Bet World also reserves an unlimited right to process Player's withdrawals exclusively via Wire Transfer in order to validate the identity of the Player.\n\n6.4.4\tWithin Europe, the funds will usually arrive within three to five business days. Outside of Europe, transfer may take between five and seven business days.\n\n6.4.5\tWithdrawals via Skrill (Moneybookers) are deposited into Your Skrill (Moneybookers) account.
