Starting in August 2020, Keycult is using a new raffle system integrated with our Discord chat server. Important links:

The purpose of this document is to answer common questions and provide useful troubleshooting tips to those who might be having trouble.
These rules apply to all raffles conducted by Keycult. Failure to abide by them may get you disqualified, banned, or blacklisted from future raffles and releases.
- You have 12 hours to enter on raffle day (10am to 10pm EDT) and cannot change your configuration after you submit! Please be sure of your submission and take your time.
- One entry per person. If we are running multiple raffles at the same time, you may enter each one once.
- You may not enter on behalf of someone else or agree ahead of time to sell your slot to someone else if you win.
- If you win, you will receive an invoice through our Shopify storefront and will have 24 hours to complete payment. We do not accept PayPal.
You can read our full Privacy Notice at https://raffle.keycult.com, but here’s an overview of the information we collect and how we use it:
- Discord username and Email: Saved on the raffle site and used to contact you with the results of the raffle after it has concluded. We will not use this information to send marketing emails unless you have explicitly opted into that at https://keycult.com/updates.
- Discord servers you are a part of: This information is not stored on our servers and is only used to verify your standing in the Keycult discord server.
Problem: You have created a Discord account but are unable to successfully authenticate on https://raffle.keycult.com.
Steps to take:
- Ensure you have joined the Keycult Discord server at https://discord.gg/keycult
- Ensure that you have agreed to our Server Rules by reacting with ✅ to the last message in the #welcome channel. Depending on when you joined the server, you may have to verify your account with your phone number.
- Log out on https://raffle.keycult.com and log back in with your Discord account.
There are a few ways to check:
- If you have the
Verifiedrole in the Keycult Discord server, you should be good to go. - If you can send messages in the Keycult Discord server, you should be good to go.
- If you can authenticate and see either the raffle or the “No raffles currently available” message on https://raffle.keycult.com, you should be good to go.
It appears that no raffles are available to enter. Please try a hard-refresh (clear cache) or a different browser. There appears to be a caching bug that is proving difficult to identify.
