You will lead the company in the journey of understanding the data on top of which we lay, and eventually see also the team itself grow.
You will guide the Dev Team in implementing a strong analytics layer.
You will help the company define meaningful KPIs for internal processes and quality.
You will suggest innovative ways of using the power of the crowd.

App-Quality is a crowd testing platform that enables companies developing digital products to test them on real users, collecting qualitative and quantitive data and insights with less time and effort.
AQ is a small yet growing team very fond of the agile mindset.
We're dislocated in both Cremona's Cobox and Milano Bovisa district to be always down deep in a positive and innovative environment.
(Well actually at the moment we're dislocated all around Italy :) and enjoying this so far. We can't wait to meet again, but we'll keep a strong remote approach).
We're working to build a Platform what will enable any kind of crowdbased working.
As of today we have thousands of Testers, hundreds of Companies and dozens of Test managers daily working on our platform to deliver quality insights to our customers and improve software quality.
We're bootstrapping the Data Team, we want it to be part of the Technology and Product team, we want it to be strategic.
We're looking for a person that has enough experience to speak out, that is willing to support the company in learning how to leverage Data, and use it to give direction.
Someone that loves to study and is a self learner. Someone that enjoys sharing their knowledge and is able to teach and delegate so that the team will be able to grow soon.
We're early in our Data journey so we're open to listen what you have to say.
We want to work on the consolidation of our actual database, 5 years of Testing and Crowd campaigns.
We want to work on data visualization, to transform our Data in Information to increase the value we deliver to our customers.
We want to work on AI and ML, there is plenty of manual task we want to augment with the help of AI, we know we're not building Human Level AI, but we belive in the power of Human in the Loop ML, be it for internal tools or to help customers.
We're looking for tech driven individual with a strong Product mindset.

But we want you to be confident in some of it and be able to guide us filling the gap.

We have GA + some BI tool (Redash), but we're open to change and willing to go down the Data rabbit hole.
- Between 30k and 40k gross wage with significant variable based on goals (up to 20% of gross wage).
- Mabook Pro or equivalent laptop.
- Significant budget for events and learning.
