If you're telling yourself "this dumbass knows nothing, he's putting together random stuff" you're right but you're wrong!!! Let's be clear, the team you will join is made out of few talented guys, working in a growing yet small environment (~40 ppl) gives you the duty to be flexible and able to address many different needs and issues, but also the chance to prove yourself agains challanging tweaks, to address performances issues, UX improvements and so on.
A Day in the life of the LOVEThESIGN dev team:
- Work indipendently on the resolution of bugs or implementation of new features
- Work with the Marketing team to improve the flow of the website based on the assumption made from all the data and informations we collect
- Work with the Creative deparment to improve the likeability of the ecommerce and our shiny magazine
- Work with the Logistics department to improve the provisioning process of the orders and our own backoffice platform
- Work with the Customer care to improve the checkout process based on user feedback
- Study, test and suggest new technologies that can offer a benefit to the business (HTTP/2 !? React?! )
What you need?
- Some amongst the skills listed before.
- At least two years of experience in similar environment (yes, even if not that cool)
- A stackoverflow account
- A github account
- Unix-systems basic proficiency
- Self-learning inclination
- Will to share knowledge
The salary is between 24k and 35k gross wage.
