It has come to our attention that you have used the trademarked (US Trademark Office, item #012-358-867-5309, 2013) term, "Knismets (tm)" without an appropriate designation of said trademark, or applicable secondary citation of said trademark.

Consequently, we must fine you one unit of Monetarily Whimsical Activity-based Hardware (M.W.A.H.), payable to J. M. Industries, Inc., LLC, DDS, PhD, and due no later than the close of business, 17 July 2013.  Payable in "person" only.  No cocoa-based lip gloss, please.

In addition, we hereby REQUEST and DEMAND that in the future, your use of terms that fall under United States trademark (US Copyright Act, Section IV, Paragraphs 5-4915-8248) be accompanied by an appropriately visible trademark symbol "(tm)" or a suitable reference, citation or link to the holder of said trademark.
