Thank you for purchasing a channel!

The channel should get opened within a minute of your payment.

What if the channel does not get opened?

1. Make sure to add me as a peer

In some cases - especially with TOR only nodes or mobile wallets, my node can't connect to yours, so you'll have to connect to me. Please do this by adding me as a peer.

This resolves the issue in 90% of the cases.

2. Did you buy a channel larger than 16,777,215 sats?

Make sure your node accepts wumbo-channels.

LND:

For LND, update your lnd.conf file

[protocol]
protocol.wumbo-channels=true

CLN:

For CLN update your conf file

large-channels

3. Did you buy a public channel for a mobile node?

Mobile nodes like Breez, Blixt or Simple Bitcoin Wallet don't accept public channels.

If you accidentally bought a public channel for a node that only accepts private ones, please contact me: @zerofeerouting (GitHub, Twitter, Telegram)

I purchased a channel and it hasn't opened yet. public node 0387d57be12709c8745bc35ac3dfc22611a944a12bcc1fe49a55d7c9bafea335f9 I added you as a peer.

I have no record of your pubkey, so I assume something went wrong there. Can you provide additional information about your payment? Ideally the BTCPay Invoice ID (URL to the invoice you paid) or the lightning invoice. Please contact me via Twitter or Telegram for speedier support.
