Liquidity Ads for LND

This crowdfunding campaign raises funds for an LND feature bounty:

The person or persons implementing Liquidity Ads as per the Bolt Specification by @niftynei (see GitHub PR) and getting it merged into LND will receive the bounty.

I've crated a GitHub issue in the LND repository.

zero fee routing will match all contributions up to 10,000,000 sats if the feature gets merged into LND by January 1st 2024.

If Liquidity Ads don't get merged into LND by January 1st 2024 I will donate the proceeds to the Human Rights Foundation (HRF). If there is any contention by the people having commits in the merged pull request implementing the feature, I will donate the proceeds to the HRF as well.

How to claim: You can claim the bounty if you post a public Gist containing the text "I want to claim the zero fee routing bounty for Liquidity Ads" and notify my on twitter or telegram after your PR gets merged. If you're the only developer having commits with that pull request or none of the other developers contests you being the recipient within 3 months, I will pay out the bounty to you.
