food diary, february. eating vegan, started february 2nd.
- 2 cups coffee ( so far)
- eatsy: rice bowl, raddichio salad w/ kale and parsley & harissa, acorn squash
- 2 handfuls of raw cashews
- 6 ounces of califa farms unsweeted coconut milk - almond milk blend + 3 ounces of iced coffee concentrate
- 1 apple oh god i'm so hungry
- lots of dried sour cherries still hungry
- a dozen veggie dumplings from golden fried dumpling, cast iron skillet heated up at home. didn't use enough oil in the pan.
- half a bowl of red lentils cooked with olive oil and onion and cumin and coriander. stirred in some red miso and szechuan pepper corn.
- 32 ounces of rpm beer shipped from bend oregon
- peas and pickles salad. spinach, radish, sun dried tomato, chickpeas, asian sesame dressing, added half an avocado on top
- 2 cups of coffee
- 1 thunderbird pecans + goji + pistachios bar
- 1 bowl of rolled oats oatmeal, handful toasted walnuts in coconut oil, few ounces sweeted almond milk on top
- the other half of the avocado
- 1 ounce mezcal
- 1 bowl red lentils
- ordered tofu curry. got chicken curry. over rice w/ veggies
- 3 cups of coffee
- cherry vinegar shrub w/ seltzer

- chia seeds trail bar. 220 calories. Mostly not sugar.

- cheated on the butter front at brunch. Got 2 apple pancakes (delicious), ate some roasted potatoes (not very delicious), and a mesclun salad. Was still hungry after we left.

- scraps from cleaning up the kitchen in the morning

- shirataki noodle dressed with shitake mushroom, mapo tofu paste thing, soy sauce, red miso, rehydrated mushrooms from the cabinet, and shallots yum.
- 2 bowls of the leftover farro from last night with a tomato sauce buro made. puttanesca style, olives capers onions shallots yum
- 1/2 a lagunitas ipa
- 2 ommegang rosetta, wow yum.

- lunch and learn half sandwich from court st grocers. cauliflower arugula yum

- one pistachio goji bar
- one apple
- leftover farro and tomato sauce from a few days ago. added woodear mushrooms.
- one bell's two hearted (w/coworkers)
- one brooklyn ipa (at code.ascraft)
- one lagunitas ipa (at home)
- two cups grapefruit juice, two ounces mezcal
