Russian Wheat Pancakes
Grandpa Wily

3/4 c whole wheat
1   c milk
2   T sugar
1/4 t salt
2   t baking powder
2     eggs
1/2 c oil

Place wheat and milk in blender. 
Begin at low speed and gradually adjust to high. 
Blend 4 minutes. 
Add remaining ingredients in order given. 
Batter should be pretty thin - add a little milk if it doesn't pour really easily.
Pour onto hot griddle and enjoy.
