Constitution
1 NAME
We shall be called XX (the Group, XX).
2 AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
We are a non-profit membership organization and aim to promote deep learning study, socialization and resource-sharing.
3 VALUES
3.1 KNOWLEDGE-ORIENTED
We would produce knowledge base, in forms of Anki cards.
3.2 REFERENCED DEBATE

5 MEMBERSHIP AND TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
Membership is open to all applicants with acceptable qualifications reviewed by the Facilitator.
The Facilitator may terminate of a membership after a Review Meeting. The final decision is reserved by the Review Meeting.
Review Meeting is held by the Facilitator and voted by all the members.
6 THE DLSG FOUNDATION
The DLSG manages of all monetary resources with the Group. Any spending would require a Review Meeting permission.
7 RESTRICT DEMOCRACY
Within all our administrative meetings, all proposal must be agreed by all the members of DLSG.
A denial vote would cause the proposal to become a “on-hold” status. This proposal has 3 chances to persuade all our members. Failure of persuasion would lead to proposer probation for a month.
8 DISPUTES & DISCIPLINE
It is a fundamental belief that in the event of any dispute the investigation should be thorough, transparent & fully accountable to all parties concerned.
The Facilitator the right to ‘freeze’ a membership or investigate the activities of any member, for any length of time by a vote at any meeting should this deemed to be necessary for the good of the Club.
Members will be entitled to know all the reasons and see all written information for such an action & to respond.
9 RESTRICTIONS
Members of cannot form a similar organization whilst being a member.
Members of must not form a similar organization in competition with DLSG within 12 months of leaving.
The paper work, web site & workings of the Group are confidential and subject to copyright & must not be circulated or reproduced to nonmembers in any form & to do so could lead to legal action.
Members should not comment on the workings or methods of the company to press or media or other parties without prior consent from the management committee or membership meeting.
10 PRIVACY POLICY & DATA PROTECTION
Any membership information can be reveal to third parties.
11 LIABILITY
The DLSG maintains no liability.
12 REVIEW AND REVISION
The Group hosts periodical constitution review meetings as determined the Facilitator.
To revise this constitution, at least half (not inclusive) of the management committee must agree on the proposal and at least half of the management committee must participate (not abstain the rights to vote).
A denial vote or half-abstaining opens a proof debate. Each proposal has three chances to prove the concept to the management committee for the determined period.
The Review and Revision of this Constitution follows Neutral Democracy. Neural Democracy allows abstaining votes, which are considered pro on default.
13 RULES FOR THE CONSTITUTION
Except as provided above, this agreement may not be modified or amended in any way.
Local laws, depending on the location, shall govern the construction, validity & performance of this agreement.
If the jurisdiction laws contradict, aka. production vs. conflict, the local court of the conflict occurrence has the priority.
