What are each of our learning goals for this project? What drives us in this project?

  • Concentrate more on functionality than styling the page.
  • We both want to be able to understand and implement OOP. Understanding the connection between classes.
  • As well as implementing more ES6 What is your collaboration style? How do you feel about pair programming vs. divide-and-conquer approaches?
  • We both agreed on dividing-and-conquering with an agile workflow. How do you communicate best? How do you appreciate receiving communication from others?
  • We agreed on keeping communication for in-person and slack. How would you describe your work style?
  • Kayla and Amanda, prefers agile work style. What are each of our strengths? How can our strengths complement each other?
  • Amanda is personable and likes CSS but won't do CSS, until functionality is done =)
  • Kayla is personable too pretty flexible. What’s gone well or poorly in your previous projects?
  • Kayla DTRs not being followed is a poor example, good example is great communication and time management.
  • Amanda my css was great, that was good. I did basically all the css, that was bad. How will we set direction and make decisions as a team?
  • Setting things up as an agile workflow. How will we overcome obstacles?
  • By trying to keep the obstacles small, and working together. What do you need (resources, environment, communication) to do your best work?
  • Working outside of the basement, and be available to communicate openly. What scheduling restraints do you have? What are your scheduling preferences?
  • Scheduling day by day, in the morning we will let eachother know what time to schedule. What is your style for giving feedback? Does anything ever hold you back from giving feedback?
  • No, not really. Just be honest and kind =). What tools do you want to use to manage the project?
  • Git projects How do you want the group to solve problems when members run into issues with features of the project?
  • Work together to solve the problem and then do a code review of what happened in the code. How do you know if a project is successful? How can we achieve that as a group?
  • If you learn from you did in the project, not just get through it. How will we recognize each other's successes and celebrate them?
  • When doing a code review where we both understand the code.
