Project Expectations: What does each group member hope to get out of this project? Alek and Brandy: good grasp on JS and a good understanding of JSON and Grid
Jon: The same as above and a better appreciation for responsiveness and fluid ux/ui
Goals and expectations: Hitting proficient and a good grasp on JS, JSON, and Grid
Team strengths: Relationship builders. We are confident communication will be strong and we will be able to resolve issues when they come up.
How to overcome obstacles: Communicate daily on where we each are individually and as a team, where the project is based on due date goals.
Schedule Expectations (When are we available to work together and individually?): Two of the three are very flexible, one has a bit more responsiblity. Weekends are good. Open communication on schedule is most important.
Communication Expectations (How and often will we communicate? How do we keep lines of communication open?): Daily checkin after class or during lunch.
Abilities Expectations (Technical strengths and areas for desired improvement): Brandy really wants to create a working function in JS. All - practice is Grid!! All fully understand JSON. Jon really wants to work on responsiveness.
Workload Expectations (What features do we each want to work on?): Jon really wants to work on responsiveness. Alex didg deep in JS. Brandy dig deep on JS. Work on CSs, Flexbox, grid.
Workflow Expectations (Git workflow/Tools/Code Review/Reviewing Pull Requests): No pullrequest is merged until all eyes have seen; good communication between teammembers. Use comments in GitHub. Very discriptive long commit messages help.
Expectations for giving and receiving feedback: Upfront, honest with focus on growing.
