### Guiding Questions to Define The Relationship:
* What are each of our learning goals for this project? What drives us in this project?
#### To solidify React concepts including Testing both Ansync and Unit, and create an intuitave and visually pleasing UI.
* What is your collaboration style? How do you feel about pair programming vs. divide-and-conquer approaches?
#### Paired programming for the first few days, then once the code base is structured we will divy up tasks.
* How do you communicate best? How do you appreciate receiving communication from others?
#### Emily: 'Prefer to talk in person, slack is okay as well.'
#### Chris: 'Any form of communication is fine with me as long as it is consistent, and honest'
* How would you describe your work style?
#### Paired programming with delegated tasks for the night.
* What are each of our strengths? How can our strengths complement each other?
#### Both feel comfortable with our UI skills, feel comfortable communicating needs and celebrating wins no matter how tiny.
* What’s gone well or poorly in your previous projects?
#### We would like to avoid tangents and stay on track with our agreed upon plan.

#### The DTR and retros.
* How will we overcome obstacles?
#### Honest and open communication, and we have agreed that no matter how good of an idea it is it might need to die.

#### Honest and open discussion, where we weigh the pros and cons of the situation.
* What tools do you want to use to manage the project?
#### Github Projects and Github issues.
* How do you know if a project is successful? How can we achieve that as a group?
#### If we achieve proficient across the board and feel like we have grown as devs.
* How will we recognize each other's successes and celebrate them?
