The parts needed to assemble my self-designed 140mm Fume Extractor

I designed a soldering fume extractor based on a standard 140mm computer case fan out of the need to have a quiet one to use while filming video footage of the work I was doing.

I have done no testing of my own to validate its effectiveness, your safety is in your own hands. It does use a standard carbon filter as found in many off the shelf solder fume extractors, for what it's worth.

Updated: 2024-02-07, corrected bolts link.

The extractor contains a single custom part, that being a frame that retains the filter against the back of the fan. It is designed to be easily 3D printed without supports.
