Go to the imports and exports page and select "Strong App" and then upload the CSV file. DO NOT CLICK ON START IMPORT. Then go to the "Integration Settings" page and generate an auth token.

Go to https://your-instance-url/backend/graphql and then paste the below query:

mutation DeployImportJob($input: DeployImportJobInput!) {
  deployImportJob(input: $input) 
}

And the above JSON file in the variables.

It should look like this:

And in the headers tab, you need to put the authentication token like so:

Click on the Play button to start the import.

In the JSON above, the sourceName of each array corresponds to an exercise from exerciseDb. The targetName corresponds to free-exercise-db.
