Meeting is adjourned. Following are the conclusions to the meeting:

  1. Help vampire treatment status.
  2. Users with low reputation or QA ratio should get a more targetted message
  3. Users who are being obvious help vampires are to be kicked
  4. If another regular is helping a help vampire, please inform them via a separate room
  5. Kicking policy
  6. Announcing kicks is no longer mandatory and should probably be discouraged - opening a room with the user is not obligatory but is nice, a meta post was opened about prompting other room owners but not general users about kicks.
  7. Lemon's 12 days of Christmas
  8. Was awesome
  9. Criticizing each other in public rooms vs opening a new room
  10. Feel free to openly contradict and/or criticize regarding professional mistakes any user (including RO) makes.
  11. Please do not openly contradict and/or criticize when another room owner is dealing with another user on the subject of moderation.
  12. Instead open a new room with said room owner, and speak to him privately about what he's doing wrong.
  13. Openly contradicting and/or criticizing each other creates conflicting signals and is not useful to anyone.
  14. Go challenge

  16. Room owner nominations/demotions:
  17. Reminding again that room owner nominations/denominations are done in the room meetings.
  18. It was decided to promote ssube to room owner.
  19. It was decided to demote jAndy from room owner.
  20. It was mentioned that Jhawins and Luggage are to be discussed in future room meetings.

Some standard topics are

  • How things have changed since the last meeting (has the room improved/declined, whether anything agreed upon in the last meeting got applied/ignored, general stuff).
  • Room owner status stuff.
  • Challenge stuff

Why did every sentence end with "stuff"? I'm terrible.

what does "It was mentioned that Jhawins and Luggage are to be discussed in future room meetings." mean? Last thing of last paragraph
