Project: Black Thursday

Group Member Names: Nicholas Nbogo & Max Stackhouse

Project Expectations: What does each group member hope to get out of this project? Using a spec harness, simplecov, waffle.io Practice project organization to plan before we code. Nick - Practice refactoring

Goals and expectations: Stretch goal - Through iteration 5 Apply ruby style and syntax Make sure we apply tools to get experience Plan, divide work, collaborate on challenges, code review to bring together.

Team strengths: Max: Project organization, ruby style and complicated algorithms Nick: Testing strategies, TDD

How to overcome obstacles: Psuedocoding, brainstorm/collaboration, screenhero, mentors

Schedule Expectations (When are we available to work together and individually?): M-F at school, Sat & Sun at school. Max - Last bus @ 7pm

Communication Expectations (How and often will we communicate? How do we keep lines of communication open?): Slack, screenhero, waffle.io, text

Abilities Expectations (Technical strengths and areas for desired improvement): Max - Project planning Nick - Refactoring, breaking down complex logic

Workload Expectations (What features do we each want to work on?): Max - complex algorithms Nick - working with csv files, creating fixtures

Workflow Expectations (Git workflow/Tools/Code Review/Reviewing Pull Requests): Plan, divide work, collaborate on challenges, code review to bring together.

Expectations for giving and receiving feedback: Bring it up right away. Have an idea for improvement, rather than just saying it is bad.

Agenda to discuss project launch: 10/30/2017 right away.
