What brought you to Turing?
I was originally an accountant, felt that I wasn't helping anyone and that I didn't want it to be my lifes work so I started my own tech service biz. Ran that successfully for a few years, but wasn't intellectually stimulated so I moved on to programming to be able to help people while being challenged.

Where do you see yourself after Turing?
I'd like to get into data analysis and machine learning. I think it's a really cool avenue to pursue. Immediately after Turing, hopefully a steady, interesting job and eventually mixing in night courses to tack on a CS degree so I can pursue a masters or further in the field.

From concepts taught in class or your personal learning, what technical concepts do you enjoy exploring most?
I like some of the security concepts we've gone over. Hasn't been in too great of detail past basic rails usage though. Also, I find optimization interesting. At this point it feels like an interesting, learning challenge to have a webapp loading quickly.

What technical concepts do you enjoy exploring least?
Not sure. Don't really hate anything I've learned.

What technical challenges are the most fun for you to solve?
Challenges that force me to learn some new technical concept, instead of only applying what I know to solve a problem.
