DCS A-10C Start-up Checklist #dcs
1. AC GEN PWR - Up (Left & Right) [right, electrical control panel]
2. BOOST PUMPS WING - Up (Left & Right) [left, fuel system control panel]
3. BOOST PUMPS MAIN - Up (Left & Right) [left, fuel system control panel]
4. BATTERY PWR - Up [right, electrical control panel]
5. INVERTER STBY - Up [right, electrical control panel]
6. SIGNAL LIGHTS LAMP TEST (check all warning lights) [left, auxiliary lighting control panel]
7. FIRE DETECT BLEED AIR LEAK TEST (check engine fire light, bleed air leak light on caution annunciation panel) [left, auxiliary lighting control panel]
8. TEST IND (fuel display select set to INT. needles should be just above 4000lbs depending on fuel load. needles should drop to ~3000lbs +/-200. total should hit 6000lbs +/-200) [center, fuel panel]
9. FUEL DISPLAY SELECT - MAIN
10. OXYGEN SUPPLY (green wheel. check flow indicator is blinking) - Up [right, oxygen control panel]
11. OXY IND TEST (oxygen indicator test. check for warning when guage needle hits 0. note: do not let needle go below 0.) [right, oxygen control panel]
12. APU START - Up (check gauges & wait for 100% APU, 400C EGT. caution: abort if EGT exceedes 750C) [left, throttle quadrant]
13. CLOSE CANOPY [right, canopy control switch]
14. APU GEN PWR - up [right, electrical control panel]
15. EGI - Up (egi = embedded gps/ins) [right, avionics auxiliary panel (AMP)]
16. CDU - Up (cdu will flash briefly) [right, avionics auxiliary panel (AMP)]
17. CICU - Up (cicu = central interface control unit) [center, armament hud control panel (AHCP)]
18. JTRS - Up (jtrs = joint tactical radio system. will provide power to the situational awareness datalink (SADL)) [center, armament hud control panel (AHCP)]
19. IFFCC - Test (should see "engage preflight bit yes" on hud. (iffcc = integrated flight and fire control computer) [center, armament hud control panel (AHCP)]
20. LSKR4 - INS* (INS Align Page) [right, control display unit (CDU)]
21. LSKL1 - *ALIGN (this will go to main page. when fully align "INS NAV RDY" will begin blinking) [right, control display unit (CDU)]
22. Select Exit on HUD and press ENT button (twice) [center, up front controller]
23. IFFCC - Up (should see basic hud) [center, armament hud control panel (AHCP)]
24. Turn on MFCD's - (right click knobs twice for day, left click for night. they should show "DTS UPLOAD" after) [multi-function color display]
25. RIGHT MFCD OSB-10 - LOAD ALL (wait till all the astricks come back when DTS is loaded.)
26. LEFT MFCD OSB-15 - TAD (tactical awareness display)
27. RIGHT MFCD OSB-13 - CDU
28. RIGHT MFCD OSB-9 - NAV (heading bug move on horizontal situation indicator)
29. Set EGI [center, navighation mode select panel (NMSP)]
30. RDR ALTM - Up [left, laste control panel]
31. YAW SAS - Up (Left & Right) [left, stability augmentation]
32. PITCH SAS - Up (Left & Right) [left, stability augmentation]
33. EAC - Up (Arm) (will not arm until INS is fully align and "INS NAV RDY" is blinking on CDU. eac = enhanced attitude control. ) [left, laste control panel (laste = low altitude safety & targeting enhancement]
34. ANTI SKID - up
35. Contact tower for t/o clearance.
While the engine spools up, scan the Engine Monitoring Instruments panel to watch the Engine Interstage Turbine Temperature (ITT, stable at 550C, not to exceed 750C), Engine Core Speed (settling at 60%), Fan Speed, and Fuel Flow gauges. Watch for the core fan RPM to stabile around 60% while idling on the ground. The left hydraulic pressure should normalize between 2800 – 3350 PSI.
36. Start Engine 1 (left control + home)
37. APU GEN PWR - Down (only after engine 1 has stabilized [right, electrical control panel]
38. Start Engine 2 (right control + home)
39. EXT POS FLASH - STEADY [right, lighting control panel]
40. LIGHTING MASTER SWITCH (left control+p)
41. Uncage and roll the wheel back to set the Standby Attitude Indicator (SAI) aircraft indicator level on the horizon.
42. LIGHTS - Down (Taxi)
43. EXT POS FLASH - FLASH [right, lighting control panel]
44. ANTI COLLISION - UP (when ready taxi only)
45. Set Accelerameter.

Starting engines (steps 36 & 38) use the same keybinding?
I've got the default keys as:
Left engine start = RALT + Home
Right engine start = RCTRL + Home
