as far as I know discord (the company) doesn't like 3rd party clients, so use these with caution, discord could turn hostile and ban you at any time if they detect suspicious behaviour.

- Android and iOS versions are running the same web framework, but not necessarily electron.
To my knowledge discord bans people for using modified clients; if someone were to report a user for it. They will not actively go out of their way to find and ban modded client users, but it would not be smart to boast your mods around in public. Of course if you use some plugin, that spams their API and they notice, you will get in trouble. Even if nobody reported you. And its of course also possible, that in case of a report you are lucky and the particular discord employee doesn't deem you malicious and lets you go..
