• There’s some room for flexibility (especially Sunniva and Thor can switch Passat and Golf more or less as they wish)
• Passat and Peugeot are the biggest cars, Kun in wedding dress should never be in the Golf or the Hyundai
• Also, avoid five people in a car if Kun in wedding dress is one of them
• Especially avoid five people in a car if Kun in wedding dress and Sven with photo gear are both there
• The words “get” and “put” mean to leave someone or something behind or pick someone or something up, respectively
• “The Lius” are: Kun’s parents, sister and cousin (four people)

Thursday

19:40 - Na lands (SK368)

• Eivind (Peugeot) picks her up and drives to Flatåsen

22:50 - Kun and family lands (KL1177)

• Eivind (Peugeot) and Thor (Passat) picks them up
• Drive to Scandic bakklandet, Thor (Passat) can then go to Byåsen
• After checking everyone in, make sure they know the plan for tomorrow (breakfast), Kun and Eivind (Peugeot) drive to Flatåsen

Friday

10:00 - Meeting at Scandic bakklandet

• Thor (Passat), Sunniva (Golf), and Eivind, Kun and Na (Peugeot) meet the guests after breakfast
• Eivind and Kun should bring the stuff that needs to go to Lian: fruits, drinks, vegetables, table cards, goodie bags?, etc.

10:00 - Sunniva and Thor guided tour of Trondheim

• Na can participate as a translator
• Two cars available: Passat and Golf
• If Yi and boyfriend want to come, they have a car as well

Preliminary plan is:

1. Nidaros cathedral
2. Old town bridge and the old town
3. Kristiansten
4. Teisendammen or Jonsvatnet, depending on weather
5. Drive to Flatåsen

11:00 - Dress rehearsal at Lian

• Eivind and Kun (Peugeot)
• Hege will also be there
• Leave all the stuff that should be there for next day
• After this, Eivind and Kun have some time for miscellaneous things that need to be done, or they can join the tour

15:00 - Pick up and pay for flowers at florist

• Eivind and Kun (Peugeot)
• Two bouquets and two corsages

17:00 - Dinner at Flatåsen

• Eivind, Kun (Peugeot)
• Sunniva and Thor with Kun’s family and Na (Passat + Golf)
• Maybe Yi and boyfriend too
• After, Sunniva and Thor drive family back to the hotel (Passat + Golf) then go home to Byåsen

22:50 - Fiona lands (KL1177)

• Eivind (and Kun?) picks her up (Peugeot) and then go home to Flatåsen

Saturday

07:30 - Drive Kun and Na to hairdresser

• Driver is Eivind (Peugeot)
• Pick up dress at Byåsen on the way there
• Leave Kun and Na at hairdresser (Fiona stays at Flatåsen)
• Then go home to Flatåsen

07:45 cirka - Pick up Sven

• Tove (Hyundai)
• Sven lives at Amtmannssvingen 5B at Ranheim

08:00 cirka - Eivind prepares at home while Sven takes photos

09:00 cirka - Drive Sven to hairdresser

• Driver is Eivind (Hyundai or Peugeot)
• Eivind comes back home, Sven takes photos of Kun

09:00 cirka - Pick up cake

• Driver is Tove (Hyundai or Peugeot) or Sunniva (Golf)
• Drive to Lian to deliver, then home

10:30 - Pick up Kun, Na and Sven at hairdresser

• Driver is Thor (Passat)
• Then take all of them to Kristiansten

11:00 - Pick up bridal bouquet at florist

• Driver is Eivind (Peugeot) together with Fiona
• Bring the photo equipment thingy
• After this we go to Kristiansten

11:10 cirka - Meeting at Kristiansten

• Eivind, Fiona (Peugeot) and Kun, Na, Sven and Thor (Passat)
• Eivind, Kun, Na and Sven (Peugeot) stay there to take photos, with Na serving as the assistant
• Thor and Fiona (Passat) go to Byåsen

12:00 - Table decorations are delivered to Lian

• No action required by us

12:30 cirka - Get Kun’s family to the tram

• Sunniva and Thor (Passat + Golf) are responsible for this
• This may involve walking from the hotel or driving
• Fiona, Yi and boyfriend may choose to join or make their own way to Lian
• Maybe one of Sunniva and Thor should take the tram together with the foreign guests?

13:00 cirka - Tove, Bjørn Roar and Ayka go to Lian

• They drive Hyundai

13:00 - Tram leaves from the city

• Mostly for foreign guests

13:00 cirka - Photo party should get to Lian

• When they arrive, Ayka may move to the Peugeot if desirable

13:30 cirka - Tram with guests arrives at terminal stop at Lian

14:00 - Wedding ceremony

1. Entry march together (Bruremarsj fra Jemtland)
2. Hege delivers a speech, roughly 10 minutes
3. Eivind and Kun recite ‘Marriage’ by Khalil Gibran
4. Violinist plays a musical arrangement based on Seterjentenes Søndag
5. Actual wedding ceremony takes place (rings, kissing)
6. Exit march together (Bruremarsj fra Valsøyfjord)

14:30 cirka - Aperitif is served

• Congratulations are passed around
• Hege, newlyweds, best man and maid of honour sign the paperwork

15:00 cirka

• We move outdoors if the weather is nice
• Na prepares non-alcoholic drink using stuff we brought there the day before
• Some games and fun to encourage exploration of the surroundings
• Get photos with the newlyweds

18:00 - Dinner

Speech program:

• ??: Welcome by host, menu overview by staff
• ??: Bjørn Roar, father of the groom

20:30 - Cake, desserts, coffee and tea

21:30 - Opening dance and party starts

• DJ should be ready
• Possible for BRF and/or Tove to go home with Ayka

• Clarify with Lian about the cleanup procedure
• Make sure all the cake plates are brought back by the people who own them

12:00 - Pick up rental car at Værnes

• Eivind, Kun and one other person drives Peugeot there, the third person drives the Peugeot back
• Eivind and Kun collect the Lius at Scandic Bakklandet
• Go to Flatåsen and have some lunch?
• Drive to Molde
