After installation of Python_VIMRC and compilation of YCM do this steps to set up Powerline plugin properly:

  1. in a directory of your choice do git clone https://github.com/powerline/fonts

  2. cd into the cloned repo cd fonts/

  3. run install.sh

  4. run vim ~/.vimrc to edit your vimrc file and add
