Project: 1909 Mod 3 Group Project

Group Member Names: Zack Nemeroff, Veronica Andrade, Carla Geglio

What is your collaboration style? How do you feel about pair programming vs. divide-and-conquer approaches?

More D&C but open to more paired Beginning D/N. D&C. With specific tasks, solo spiking

How do you communicate best? How do you appreciate receiving communication from others?

Text or slack Retros in AM, utilize the compliment sandwhich technique and be specific with constructive feedback.

How would you describe your work style?

Planning, TDD work style, Check list and implementing a project board

What are each of our strengths? How can our strengths complement each other?

Carla - React, Vee - Debugging & testing, Zack - React & styling

What’s gone well or poorly in your previous projects?

Projects work out best when all parties communicate daily.

How will we set direction and make decisions as a team?

Patiently recieve input from each team member and create daily goals. Daily communication(stand-ups) and goals.

What do you need (resources, environment, communication) to do your best work?

Quiet work space, a plan, workspace, frequent breaks, and transparency

What scheduling restraints do you have? What are your scheduling preferences?

Plan to work during school and after school as much as possible. Working primarily at school and in group when we can.

What is your style for giving feedback? Does anything ever hold you back from giving feedback?

Honest clear feedback, but be kind.

How do you want the group to solve problems when members run into issues with features of the project?

Myself > Partner > Rocks > Mentor > Instructor

How do you know if a project is successful? How can we achieve that as a group?

Meeting the MVP and turning in a project that we're proud of, feeling confident with the learning objectives
