Template for DTR Memo Project:

Group Member Names: Zoë Harvey and Melinda McRae

• Goals and Expectations for the Project (What does each group member hope to get out of this project? What do we want to achieve as a team? How will we know that we're successful?): We'd like to become more competent in HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Ideally we will be able to finish at least Phase Two.

• Team strengths & collaboration styles (consider discussing your Pairin qualities here): We both have flexible schedules and would rather work together in person. We're both introverts so we understand each other. We're both more on the empathetic side than controntational.

• How we can use our strengths to overcome obstacles: We'll be able to overcome issues together as we plan to work mostly in person. We're more likely to avoid conflict because we're both sensitive to other's feelings, so we'll be able to just talk it out.

• Schedule Expectations (When are we available to work together and individually? What constraints do we have?): We're able to work together after school. Melinda has a long commute to school and is a morning person and I am not. So after school will be the best time to collaborate.

• Communication Expectations (How and often will we communicate? How do we keep lines of communication open? How will we make decisions as a team?): We'll communicate every day over slack and try our best to make all team decisions together before acting on anything.

• Abilities & Growth Expectations (Technical strengths and areas for desired improvement): Our growth expectations and abilities are very similar. We're both more interested in the Java Script part of the project, so that will be fun.

• Workload Expectations (What features do we each want to work on?): We'd rather collaborate on the majority of the project in person so driver/navigator will be really helpful for us.

• Workflow Expectations (Git workflow/Tools/Code Review/Reviewing Pull Requests/Debugging and Problem-solving Techniques): Most of our code will most likely be done through driver/navigator so we'll have both eyes on it to look it over as it's written. Before pushing to the master branch, we'll make sure the other person has reviewed the code for any bugs/functionality issues. Making sure if we do work remotely we both understand the code 100%.

• Expectations for giving and receiving feedback: Give feedback but in a nice and empathetic way.

• Project management tools we will use: Organizing HTML and CSS wireframe before we dive into writing the code. Making sure we stay on schedule for the deadlines.

Day 1 Agenda:

• Tackle the wire frame for the HTML code.
