i have read your blog and want to seek your help on developing a
simple query which can generate the following data from osticket
version 1.9

ticket details + custom form entry pertaining to the ticket.

its simply a dump and i am not looking at any PHP.

Would it be possible to update this for osTicket 1.9.15?

I followed the code posted here, including the revisions, and what I am getting is fields getting populated correctly ONLY if sorted DESC by the new column, and ONLY if the source is NOT web. If the source is email or manual, I get the correct data, but again, only if sorted by DESC. If I sort it by the same column by ASC, the rows get populated with Subject (email source) and Priority (web source).
If I sort by any other column, the new column rows are populated with Priority (web source) and "[]" or empty (email source).

I am quite puzzled by this.
