building the right things, the right way: combining user story maps, design systems and rapid prototyping
Keeping the bird’s eye view on your project or product is vital to avoid bike-shedding. Keeping an eye on the next business goal is also vital though, to avoid running out money. And finally, what could be more vital than stressing all the tiny details until everything is right?
We will explore how a small set of methods and tools keeps users, business, design and development interconnected – from writing the inital pitch to sending that "sad to see you go" email. If you care about working together across roles and teams in a user-centered way, and if you see value in an holistic, sustainable approach, this talk is for you.
Hey! I like that one as well :)
I just found one thing that you maybe want to make more clear:
The term “business” is standing out in that enumeration in a way that's confusing to me, as “design and development” are usually part of “business” as well. I'm not entirely sure what you want to convey with “business”; maybe you want to be more specific and use a term that describes another part of business, e.g. “product owners”.
