Cable Knights Lanparty

  • Organizers: Cable Knights cableknights.com
  • Place: ???
  • Date: 2018 September 7-9
  • Ticket: 20-25 €
  • Planned attendence: 60-120 per day

Cups

We take only good and popular games.

  • LOL. Most popular lan party game in Lithuania?
  • Fornite. Rapidly rising battle royal game.
  • PUBG. Battle royal game that is still delivering.
  • Dota. Is it still popular?

We will try to focus on these features:

  • Well organized cups. No delays, no unclarities, clear rules, experienced organizers.
  • Focus on online and streaming. We focus on bringing lanparty to the outside world. Streamers get discounts.
  • No fucking music and distractions.

What was wrong with esports?

  • Quality of tournament organization. Delays, inexperienced administrators and so on.
  • Noise, too much music and comentators
  • Mix of too many games.
  • No separate hall for streaming

Todo:

  • Nail down the concept.
  • Find a company to work through. (bendrija? uab?)
  • create venue list.
  • create internet provider list.
  • setup an event facebook page.
  • setup an event web page.
  • select games. involve community into the process
  • sleeping problem, hotel and free stay options
