Set up GitHub push with SSH keys

SSH keypair setup for GitHub (or GitHub/GitLab/BitBucket, etc, etc)

Create a repo.

Make sure there is at least one file in it (even just the README.md)

Generate a SSH key pair (private/public):

ssh-keygen -t rsa -C "your_email@example.com"
Basic

[Shift]+[Mod]+[Enter] - launch terminal.
[Mod]+[b] - show/hide bar.
[Mod]+[p] - dmenu for running programs like the x-www-browser.
[Mod]+[Enter] - push acive window from stack to master, or pulls last used window from stack onto master.
[Mod] + [j / k] - focus on next/previous window in current tag.
