The Most Useless Email I've Ever Received
Dear Mrs Fuchs,
A few days ago we wrote to you about how we are creating a better, more rewarding Executive Club designed for the benefit of our members. The first step has been to rename BA Miles as Avios points, and make them a currency that will be easier for you to earn and spend.
These changes to the Executive Club are part of a wider endeavour to offer you an outstanding service in all aspects of your flying experience.
This is why, over the last few months, we have set out to make enhancements and adjustments to our service. We're aiming for continuous improvement - and that means continuous investment - in new aircraft, better food, stunning lounges, technological innovations, inspirational staff training and smarter equipment.
We'll soon be launching a new advertising campaign which sums up our commitment to getting things right for you, our customers. So we'd like you to be one of the first to see it; you can find out where below.

Howdy Amy!
First, I'd like to thank you for your article on "Help Vampires"(which I took the liberty of linking
to from our own support forum guidelines http://drupal.org/forum-posting a while ago)
But can I gently suggest you weed your own blog a little bit?
Following up to your comments section
http://www.slash7.com/articles/2006/03/22/s-o-s-save-our-sanity
was interesting for the first few screens, but rapidly seems to have become polluted by spam.
Wanting to offer an alternative to PayPal, we set up a Google Checkout account for people to buy our ebook.
The last email we received about our Google Checkout account was "Helpful tips regarding your first Google Checkout orders" on February 9th.
But a few days ago, I logged in, and this is what greeted me:
http://img.skitch.com/20090326-dyid8bep13gqquhqweingist9t.png
And if you click that link, "I had pending payouts for charged orders. Will I receive these payouts?", you'll see that the answer is "Nope, you're screwed."
