Manually traced using QGIS, original map here , Exact link: शहराचा एकत्रित साधा नकाशा
See a composite map having this and the previous (2012-17) boundaries super-imposed.
Disclaimer: manually done so can have errors, and it is "proposed" new map so subject to change. Please check source links to confirm validity.
