こっちの方は最近少し動いてる人がいる。 phpnodeさんはbabel-plugin-typecheck作ってるので実用的に型欲しい人な感じ。 仕様側を戦略的に進められる人が一緒にいないと型的なものを進めるのは大変そうな印象
