Definitely agree with the county selection stuff, looks far better

  • Caveat: it feels like a significant innovation for multi-jurisdiction selection (not lots of comparables or known patterns)
  • Could use some validation, how should we validate this selection technique?
  • Can we isolate and test w/ usertesting.com?
    • Possible test questions that ask same task:
      • Where have you lived in California?
      • Where do you have friends in California?
      • Where do you have family in California?
  • What would be the most proximate alternatives?
    • it'll probably be text or copy changes

Contact info first as a breadcrumb for help or prompts --> we currently have no help for the breadcrumbs we already collect.

  • How will we utilize that info for those who dropoff?

Icons seem playful

  • could they erode trust due to mismatch of aesthetic expectations?
  • For example, if someone sees something that doesn't seem like an "official" site, they might suspect that we are a commercial operation, due to asethetic signifiers of tech startups.

DOB widget usability?

Declaration Letter? add "see example answer" links

Ability to move back and forth? wouldn't be possible, most pages require answers before moving on.
