  • Work through ticket and plan work
  • Kick-off with relevant people
  • What will need to be done to achieve the outcome of this ticket?
  • What other parts of the app could be affected by this?
  • What things are there to consider?
  • How will these changes be tested going forward?
  • Do we need a ticket for both platforms?
  • Is the implementation different on each platform?
  • Assets are ready for engineers
